2010 Results Now Available! (Updated)


NEW: Athlete Information The Athletics Nova Scotia reception will take in the Courtside Lounge in Tower immedialtely following the last race.

Massage start at 5:30 pm in the Lifemark Office on the main floor of the Tower.

There are 2 ATM's on campus...one is in the student union building at the North end of the track and the other is in Loyola (the building behind the stadium).

Time Change: Registration will begin at 4:30 p.m. in the Tower.

Awards and prize money can be picked up in the Courtside Lounge on the second floor of the Tower, near the area where registration took place. Athletes will need to show their bib numbers to claim their awards.


July 16th: Aileen Meagher Meet Schedule now available.


Coaches who have an athlete in the Meagher can register for a pass by emailing Peter.Lord@dal.ca. Your pass maybe picked up at the registration area 2nd floor of the Tower. Coaches who do not have an athlete in the meet or do not register will be required to purchase a ticket at the main gate.

Travel

Athletes arriving by plane will be greeted and transported to Saint Mary's University by one of our three drivers.

Scratches

If you have registered for the meet and are not planning to compete or are scratching from from a 2nd event would you please notify registration coordinator, Peter Lord at peter.lord@dal.ca

Registration

Registration will begin at 4:00pm at the Courtside lounge on the second floor of the Tower. Athletes may only enter the registration area through the Tower and not the main gate.

Payment is required to pick up your number. No ATM available at the Tower.

Marshalling

We will be running the event on time, a final schedule will be on the website on Monday, August 2nd. Your cooperation is required to make the meet run on time. Would you observe the following in regards to marshalling and awards.

The marshalling area is in the Tower Gym. The entrance door is off the back straight of the track.

Reception

A reception for athletes, coaches and officials will be held immediately following the meet until 10:00 pm in the courtside lounge. Finger food, water, & cold beer will be served. We look forward to your participation.
La Rencontre International Aileen Meagher est sanctionnée par Athlétisme Canada et Athlétisme Nova Scotia.

Participants doivent être un membre enregistré avec Athlétisme Canada par une filiale provinciale enregistré avec votre fédération nationale.

Chèques à l’ordre de : Aileen Meagher International Track Classic. Aucun remboursement.

Inscriptions doivent inclure une vérification de vitesse de performance, datant de 2009 ou 2010, listé à part des classements Nationaux ou Provinciaux.  Performances non-vérifiés résulteront  avec le placement de l’athlète dans une section plus lente.

Inscription régulière 25 $ par athlète, payable le 26 juillet 2010.  Un frai de changement de 5 $ s’appliquera aux changements aux inscriptions qui prennent place après la date limite régulière.  Le frais pour le Geezer Mile (50 ans et plus) est 20 $ par athlète.  Le frais inclût une chemise M&B Transmission Geezer Mile.  25 athlètes maximum.

Inscription tardive : Inscriptions après le 26 juillet seront 40 $ par athlète.  Inscription tardive pour le Geezer Mile est 20 $.

Récupération de la trousse d’athlète commence à 16h00 au Courtside Lounge dans le Tower, Université Saint Mary’s, mercredi le 3 août.

Chronométrage sera par le chronométrage électrique Finish Lynx.

Contrôle antidopage sera effectué au Rencontre Aileen Meagher conformément avec Athlétisme Canada/politiques CCES et les critères de Sport Canada.

Résultats
Les résultats seront affichés sur le mur prêt des escaliers qui mènent à la tour. Les résultats seront aussi postés en ligne.
